Reports
This article provides information on the structure and content of the reports generated by Coinsflow, which include details of all operations. These reports can be exported as external files in CSV or XLSX format..
The reports can be filtered to display information based on the following parameters:
- Asset from: This parameter filters by the selected cryptocurrency as the original cryptocurrency that was converted to another cryptocurrency (Asset to).
- Asset to: This parameter filters by the selected cryptocurrency as the destination cryptocurrency that was converted from another cryptocurrency (Asset from).
- Operation type: This parameter filters by the selected operation type from Deposit, Top up, Payout, Exchange, Settlement, or Order.
- Status: This parameter filters by the selected operation status from Pending, Paid, Expired, Failed, Success, or Exchanging.
- Period: This parameter filters by the selected date range from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom (you need to insert the start and end date of the custom range.)
These filters determine the items are displayed on the "Operations table" and included on the report.
Operation Report Structure
The report displays the following columns:
- Operation ID: Displays the unique code that identifies the operation on the platform.
- Hash (TxID): Displays the the unique address of a transaction in a blockchain that provides record or proof that the transaction occurred.
- Type: Displays the type of operation that occurred.
- Status: Displays the current status of the operation.
- SubStatus: Displays the substatus that provides more information to the current status of the operation.
- Order ID: Displays the code that identifies the order in the platform.
- Amount: Displays the amount of the cryptocurrency used on the operation (converted to another cryptocurrency)
- Asset: Displays the cryptocurrency used on the operation.
- % of auto-exchange: Displays the ratio of the cryptocurrency used on the operation (converted to another cryptocurrency)
- Amount To: Displays the amount of the "Asset To" received from the "Asset" and "Amount" that was converted.
- Asset to: Displays the cryptocurrency assigned to the "Amount To".
- Requested Amount: Displays the amount requested as payment in the selected asset (requested asset).
- Requested Asset: Displays the asset in which the requested amount is set as payment.
- Network fee amount: Displays the amount charged by the network as a fee for the operation.
- Network fee asset: Displays the cryptocurrency used by the network to charge the network fee (for when the used cryptocurrency was not the network's native asset).
- Processing fee amount: Displays the amount charged as the processing fee for the operation.
- Processing fee asset: Displays the cryptocurrency used to charge the processing fee.
- Source Address: Displays the sender blockchain address of the operation.
- Destination Address: Displays the recipient address of the operation (on a payout operation, for example).
- Create At: Displays the date and time the operation was created.
- Completed At: Displays the date and time the operation was completed.
- Client Email: Displays the email provided to receive notifications concerning the operation.
- External ID: Displays the customized tag (from your own system) to better keep track of these operations.
- Payment Link Name: Displays the name that identifies the payment link.
- Payment Link Description: Displays the description that is associated with the payment link.
- Exchange rate: Displays the exchange rate applied on the operation between both assets.
Financial Report Structure
The report displays the following columns:
- Operation ID: Displays the unique code that identifies the operation on the platform.
- Type: Displays the type of operation that occurred.
- Asset: Displays the asset displayed as balance.
- Amount: Displays the amount of the asset used on the operation.
- Amount (EUR): Displays the amount of the asset used on the operation in EUR.
- Processing fee amount: Displays the amount charged as the processing fee for the operation.
- Processing fee amount (EUR): Displays the amount charged as the processing fee for the operation in EUR.
- Network fee: Displays the network fee charged.
- Rate (EUR): Displays the exchange rate of the asset to EUR.
- Balance before: Displays balance before the operation.
- Balance after: Displays balance after the operation.
- Timestamp: Displays date and time of the operation.
- External ID: Displays the customized tag (from your own system) to better keep track of these operations.
- Payment Link Name: Displays the name that identifies the payment link.
- Payment Link Description: Displays the description that is associated with the payment link.
- Order ID: Displays the code that identifies the order in the platform.
