This article provides information on how to get started with Coinsflow.
📄️ Dashboard Tab
The Dashboard tab is the tab displayed by default when you log into the Coinsflow app.
📄️ Balances Tab
The Balances tab is the tab that displays the current assets available and their current value in USDT.
📄️ Exchanges Tab
Exchange is the operation that refers to a conversion of assets on the merchant’s accounts, where an amount of a crytocurrency is used to get an amount of another cryptocurrency.
📄️ Orders Tab
An order is a more complex version of the Payment link since it involves sub-operations. The sub-operations occur in the underpaid and overpaid scenarios.
📄️ Operations Tab
The Operations tab allows you to get lists of interactions with the platform so you can have an overall view of what's been happening with your business.
📄️ Payment Link Tab
Payment link is a generated URL that contains all the required information for a operation to be executed. This operation link is generated in the app or via API, based on the inserted information, and it can be used only once for a specific operation process.
📄️ Payouts Tab
Payout is the the type of operation where you transfer money to an end-user’s account.
📄️ Settings Tab
Settings allow you to customize your portal experience and manage the security protocols.
📄️ Available Assets Tab
The Available assets tab allows you to configure the assets that are available on your account and the asset they auto convert too, if needed.
📄️ Dedicated Addresses Tab
Coinsflow allows you to create dedicated addresses that are forever connected to your balance (these wallets will never be leased to any other merchant) and are used to deposit assets. These addresses are used solely to receive funds and you can't use them, directly, to execute payouts or exchanges.
📄️ Address Book Tab
The Address book allows you to save external addresses you frequently make payouts to with in the Coinsflow Merchant Portal and select them from a convenient dropdown list when creating payouts.
📄️ Team Tab
Team management means you can add users to your team and configure their role (different roles have different permissions on the portal) and deactivate users as well.
📄️ Reports Tab
The Reports tab allows you to configure automatically generated reports.
📄️ API & Callback Tab
The API & Callbacks tab allows you to configure backend keys and URL for proper monitoring and access to the service.
